Had such a great experience at Bonefish Grill and I have to shout out our server, Victoria. She truly went above and beyond the whole night. I was honestly having a rough day beforehand due to canceled plans, and her kindness and attentiveness made a big difference. We also had great conversation, which made everything feel even more comfortable and enjoyable. She made great recommendations, checked in frequently, and was just so genuine and welcoming. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. She made the entire experience so much better. If you go, definitely ask for Victoria!

I had such a great experience at Bonefish Grill, and a huge part of that was our server, Heather. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She had such a positive energy and made us feel comfortable right away, checking in just the right amount without ever being overbearing. It honestly felt like she cared about making our night special, which you don’t always get.
I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp, and it did not disappoint. The shrimp were perfectly crispy on the outside while still tender inside, and the signature sauce had the perfect balance of creamy, sweet, and spicy. It had just the right kick without being overwhelming, and I found myself wanting more after every bite. The portion size was great too, making it perfect as a main dish or something to share.
Overall, between Heather’s amazing service and the delicious food, this was easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had recently. I would absolutely come back—and I’ll definitely be asking for Heather again!

I truly cannot say enough incredible things about our experience at Bonefish Grill, and it was all thanks to our server, Victoria. From the very moment we walked in and were greeted by her, we knew we were in for a great night. She immediately made us feel welcomed with such a warm, genuine smile and a friendly, upbeat energy that honestly set the tone for the entire evening.
Victoria has that rare ability to make you feel like you’re her top priority, even when you know she has multiple tables to take care of. She was attentive in the most perfect way — always present when we needed something, but never hovering or interrupting. Our drinks were never empty, our food came out seamlessly, and everything felt so smooth and well-paced. It’s clear she has amazing awareness and timing, which made the entire experience feel effortless on our end.
What really stood out was how knowledgeable and confident she was with the menu. She didn’t just list off items — she actually helped guide us based on what we were in the mood for, gave thoughtful suggestions, and even pointed out little details about certain dishes that made us even more excited to order. Every recommendation she made was spot on. You can tell she truly cares about making sure her guests enjoy their meals and leave happy.
Beyond just great service, Victoria brought such an amazing energy to our table. She was personable, engaging, and easy to talk to, striking that perfect balance between professional and genuinely friendly. It didn’t feel like a typical dining experience — it felt relaxed, fun, and memorable. She made us laugh, made us feel comfortable, and created an environment where we could just enjoy ourselves without worrying about a thing.
Another thing that really stood out was how detail-oriented she was. She checked in at all the right times, made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and handled everything so smoothly. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and Victoria absolutely nailed all of them. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in what she does, and it shows in every interaction.
It’s honestly rare these days to come across service that feels this genuine and above-and-beyond. Victoria didn’t just do her job — she elevated the entire experience. She turned a simple night out into something special, and that’s something you don’t forget.
If you’re planning to go to Bonefish Grill, I cannot recommend enough that you ask for Victoria. She will take amazing care of you and truly make your experience unforgettable. She is hands down one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Exceptional service, incredible personality, and just an all-around amazing person.
10/10 experience — we will absolutely be coming back, and it’s largely because of her!

I had such an incredible dining experience at Bonefish Grill that I felt compelled to share every detail. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance between upscale and welcoming—dim lighting, comfortable seating, and just the right level of energy to feel lively without being overwhelming.
What truly set the tone for the evening, though, was my server, Heather. I can’t say enough about how exceptional she was. From the very beginning, she greeted me with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another table. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and incredibly thoughtful in her recommendations. It’s rare to come across service that feels so effortless yet so intentional—Heather absolutely mastered that balance. She went above and beyond throughout the entire meal, checking in at just the right times, anticipating needs before I even had to ask, and making sure every detail was perfect.
I started with the Bang Bang Shrimp, and wow—what a way to kick things off. The shrimp were perfectly crispy, coated in that signature creamy, spicy sauce that delivers just the right amount of heat without overpowering the flavor. Every bite was addictive, and it was clear why this dish is such a standout favorite.
For my entrée, I ordered the Chimichurri Bistro Filet, and it exceeded all expectations. The steak was cooked exactly to my preference—tender, juicy, and full of rich flavor. The chimichurri sauce added a bright, herbaceous contrast that elevated the entire dish, cutting through the richness of the filet beautifully. It was one of those meals where you slow down just to savor each bite.
At Heather’s recommendation, I paired my meal with the Blueberry Lemon Drop, and I’m so glad I trusted her suggestion. The drink was refreshing, slightly tart, and perfectly balanced with a hint of sweetness from the blueberry. It complemented the meal wonderfully and added a fun, vibrant touch to the evening.
To finish, I couldn’t resist dessert and went with the Coconut Pie. It was the perfect ending—light yet indulgent, with a creamy texture and just the right amount of coconut flavor. The crust added a nice contrast, and it wasn’t overly sweet, which made it even more enjoyable after such a satisfying meal.
Throughout the entire experience, Heather continued to impress. She didn’t just provide great service—she created a memorable experience. Her attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine care made all the difference. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does, and it shows in every interaction.
All in all, this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Between the incredible food, the expertly crafted drink, and Heather’s outstanding, above-and-beyond service, everything came together perfectly. I will absolutely be returning—and I’ll definitely be asking for Heather again.
I ordered with Uber Eats and had my food delivered. The driver stood and waited for my order for 15 minutes. The order was then taken from the restaurant and delivered to me within 20 minutes of pickup. I’m giving this information so you don’t try to blame non-existent long wait times for delivery for your failure to send good food. Giving you 2 out of 5 stars is being very generous but I hope you will reflect and improve in the future because of this. I ordered an appetizer of 2 crab cakes and an entree of grilled shrimp and scallops with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The reason behind my rating: The crab cakes were dry inside and not crunchy/crisp on the outside. The outside was just drier than the inside and almost looked uncooked but came out of the box hot so we knew they were. The scallops were significantly overcooked and were rubbery and difficult to eat. I had to cut them with a steak knife and chew like there was no tomorrow. That’s not normal. They should be soft and easily cut with the side of your fork. There was markedly more shrimp than scallops basically for every 3 shrimp there was 1 scallop and there weren’t that many shrimp…. The shrimp were also overcooked and had a rubbery quality. The shells left at the tail were almost “glued” onto them because of them being so overcooked so I ended up not being able to eat part of each shrimp. The ends of the shell on the tail were singed black. I ordered for the scallops and shrimp to have lemon caper butter. There were so many capers added to the lemon butter it actually made the sauce very sour and spicy. The capers covered the entire bottom of my container in the area where the scallops and shrimp were. There were so many you could not see the bottom of the takeout container, which that is ridiculous. There was also additional seasoning on the scallops and shrimp that was not listed in the menu description. All spices should be clearly listed on the menu and an option to not have spices should be available as I would not have wanted any spices. Especially with so many people walking around with food allergies and intolerances everything needs labeled! That’s just asking for problems. The mashed potatoes were cold and lumpy and considering everything else was warm, including the asparagus, the mashed potatoes had to have been put into the box cold. If they weren’t lumpy I would have sworn they were instant box mashed potatoes. It wouldn’t surprise me if you make instant boxed mashed potatoes and then just throw some lumps in there so you can claim it’s not boxed. The only thing that was made correctly and done well was the asparagus, however whoever buys the vegetables does not know how to pick asparagus. Many of the stalks were on the larger, thicker, longer side and depending on the person, some people will refuse to eat asparagus like that. I grew up helping with farming so that doesn’t bother me, but when you’re paying as much money as you charge, people expect a certain level of quality, which includes even the size and shape of the asparagus. In total for an appetizer and entree with tip my total bill was $79.91. You can’t possibly believe that that meal was worth that. I’ve gotten better seafood meals than this at 24 hour diners in the middle of the night and paid more like $30. This is only the third time I have eaten food from Bonefish Grill in my life and I’m genuinely disappointed. The other 2 times I was very happy with my meals so I didn’t hesitate to order from here again. Big mistake!! I do not plan on ever ordering from Bonefish Grill again for the rest of my life.
