  I saw an ad for the new french dip royale on fb and it was so appealing I decided to leave the comfort of my home and go to Arby's and try it and it did not disappoint. Iike seriously it was good. I also was surprised to see that burnt ends were on the menu. And Yooo, they were so amazingly moist and perfectly seasoned. And of course I got curly fries, which is always a must, but I was very disappointed when I bit into the fish sandwich that I ordered. 😒 it was barely lukewarm and there was no crunch at all. And the fish felt funky in my mouth and I had to spit it out. There was no way I could've eaten that. But the staff was nice, so that's a plus and I recommend coming here to eat but maybe skip the fish. 😋

  Food was cold and just got colder sitting in a freezing dining room. Plan on keeping your coat on to eat here.

  This has to be the slowest "fast food" place in the area. I come here for lunch often and they routinely take 10-15 minutes to move 3 cars through the drive-thru. The food is alright and the staff are generally nice, but you can't go here on a 30 minute lunch break.
