  My mom asked for these slider things, ham and cheese, and some potato cakes. The potato cakes were great, crispy and delicious. The 5 sliders were ice could in the middle. My mom is in a nursing rehab for physical therapy and didn't like the lunch today so I volunteered to run out and get her what she wanted which was these Barbie's ham and cheese sliders... She's from York and she gets them all the time over there and loves them and the cheese is melted etc but these were ice cold, look like somebody assembled wrapped them up and just put them in the bag, and there's no microwave that the patients can use here at the nursing facility, so she tried to eat them cold and just said Howie the potato cakes and I'll have a snack Just throw them out.

  This Arby's is right next to the Tanger outlets and it's not that far away for a good lunch while out shopping. Waiting time for my food was very short It was prepared rather quickly. Highly recommend roast beef sandwiches lol.

  The service was terrible this time. In all the years I've visited this place when I go to see my relatives in Lancaster, the manager, shift Tracy, is incredibly rude and discriminates against people of color. I placed a mobile order and paid for it, then waited about 20 minutes and it never arrived. I asked her about it and she said there was nothing. I showed her my phone so she could see the order number, and she made dismissive gestures with her hands and face, saying, "I don't have time for you." Then, when I said, "Here's my receipt," she told me, "Take the cups and pour yourself a drink. You're good for something!" I was in shock. She never served my order; only a young man working in the back prepared it, and he was the only one who apologized. This is unacceptable! I will never return and I do not recommend this place.
