  My daughter and I stopped by late this afternoon. The service was outstanding! The lady was so pleasant and friendly! Our order was very very quick!

  Good place to stop in a semi truck usually but recently there are way too many trucks parking there and sleeping. You can’t even get into the truck parking lot because so many truck drivers are sleeping there. If you want breakfast don’t even think about stopping here because it’s a waste of a stop. I stopped at 9am and couldn’t even get into the drive. I really wish they would put a time limit on parking and ENFORCE IT at least during business hours so paying customers have a place to park.

  I have no idea how this place stays in business. This store is about 15 minutes from my home, so I stop there occasionally. The success rate for getting an order correct is about 66%. The inside is dirty. Some of the employees are nice, Hard-working kids who just need a job. The leadership at this location is sad. I went inside one day, a few months ago, with an incorrect order, and there were tables with garbage on them, the soda station was dirty, and an ice cream sundae had fallen and melted behind the counter-and employees Were trying to walk around it. The manager was just standing there, giving orders to people, nobody was cleaning that mess. today I stopped to pick up a couple of hamburgers. I have attached a photo of one of the burgers I received. It looks like a bite has been taken out of it. I took this back, a friendly person called the manager, who was quite dismissive, told me it wasn’t a bite that it had just been “grabbed” and said she would make a new one and to move to the next window. I guess my question is this: why was that piece of meat even used in the first place? If you drive 15 minutes further into Lockhaven, it’s a completely different experience. The store is clean. The people are nice and the quality is good. This store? It needs a good cleaning and new leadership.

  I had ordered three meals with three different flavor sodas through the drive-through. When I got to the window, the girl began to hand me the three sodas w/no ice. I questioned, "No ice?" She responded thats what I ordered. I told her I did not order that way and the receipt proved it. She then added ice to all three. She then handed them back to me. I asked which soda was which she said she didn't know. Now annoyed, I said how am I supposed to know? She respond again, "I don't know." She must have seen my frustration. She took them back again, asked someone next to her, then made three new ones and handed them to me one at a time saying which was which. All could have been avoided if they only pushed down the tabs on lid when they were poured.
