I deducted 1-star due to their frustrating self check-out system that forces you to place everything on an undersized bagging area for security purposes (weighing). It's not well designed in that it is too small and too strict. E.g. if you buy a watermelon and want to place it right back in the cart, you cannot. You must somehow place this giant fruit in what may be a full bagging area. There is also no good place to set your handheld tote when not using a cart. The reason that Giant loses the 2nd star is that price mistakes occur too frequently (actually it's more likely outdated shelf stickers - and errors are almost never in the shoppers favor) and forcing users to find the digital coupons that are advertised on shelf tags is frustrating. You cannot (e.g.) scan a QR code is otherwise easily find the coupon and must often scroll through pages of coupons to find it - search is oddly not very accurate. It's like they engineered frustration into the process.
