  First we tried ordering on line but it didn't work so we called to place our order and we're out on hold... Finally after waiting a few minutes a women picked up and she was very rude. We ordered 6 pizzas and we got there 15 minutes earlier then the time we had said we'll pick them up!! None of them were made yet but that's okay because we were early... We walk in the door and tell the women what we're here for and she says, "I thought you said you're coming at 5:45?" Yes but we're early. There were 2 men and one women in there and the women hurried around making our 6 pizzas while the men stood there doing absolutely nothing!!😔 Over all horrible customer service but the pizzas were good... Don't think we will ever get pizza from this establishment again after how we were treated!!

  I’m hoping this is the right dominos because it’s the one most local to me. My son was playing basketball with me on our street in Lyons Station on Monday night when the delivery driver after his delivery jumped out of the car and played for about 5 seconds with my son (just enough so he could slam dunk the ball). Completely made his night!

  4th time we've gotten BAD/ RANCID MEATS at this location. We live midway between this one and Blandon so go to both. This was the 4th time our pizza had BAD meat on it, never had a single issue at Blandon. Tried to call to tell them was hung up on. Called back and was told that since we ordered 2 days ago (we hadn't tried the pepperoni pie until tonight] there is nothing they can do and that pizza, and the manager agreed, is supposed be eaten in one night. Was hung up on again. I wouldn't have cared if your policy is not to give refunds after the 1st night, in fact I didn't even ask for a refund, but the response and being hung up on was truly unbelievable. Will never go here again

  Only getting around to posting this now since corporate never responded to my friend and I's complaints. This happened the evening or 3/24-3/25 (it was just passed midnight when we were there). The manager and his girlfriend create a toxic environment in this establishment. After a small mixup with the online ordering system (the order placed for the following day (3/26) since it was right before midnight), my friend tried getting our food when she texted me she was having trouble and needed help. I came in and tried seeing what the problem was, and was met with extreme attitude from the female worker including her throwing her phone multiple times because she was upset about making an order almost at close (they had another hour of being open) and mocking me multiple times. Her boyfriend, the new manager at the time, did nothing to control his worker (and girlfriend which they both constantly brought up) and also gave us attitude. They both should be fired. Check the cameras and the whole interaction will be there. Extremely upset that corporate has not done anything about this. Edit: someone else was complaining about the same manager (either matt or andrew) who was only manager for a couple weeks and was extremely hostile. This review is from a few weeks after my interaction so the manager is showing a pattern.

  Pizza not even cut, raw and doughy, no butter on the crust all the parm that was supposed to be on it just tossed in a corner of the box
