  Today I bought 25 munchkins for my 3 younger kids and a sweet black pepper bacon sandwich. I was in shock to find a full sheet of paper in my sandwich that I took and ate a full bite from (have pics) then to top things off there was also paper stuck to my kids munchkins. I called amd complained, after finding the sandwich paper. They offered to replace my sandwich, then I opened the munchkins and found paper stuck to several of the kids donuts and complained yet again at which point t they legit hung up on me, I called back several times, when they finally answered I stated they served all my food with paper in/on my food and I actually ate a bite of the paper that was in my sandwich, they simply said have a good day and hung up on me?????? Like seriously? I wamt to speak to a small claims court attorney this coming week amd see if I can do anything further, I consumed the paper and that in itself is not ok. It was wax paper. Totally unprofessional to the fullest degree possible. Offering to replace a sandwich then hanging up on me when I told them I had paper in all my food and they kept declining my calls because they have caller id. Never go here, Please do yourself a favor. Go to Manhattan bagel or wawa or anywhere but here at this dunkin. Worst experience ever! And I used to work for dunkin years ago and would never had told customers that.

  Friendly staff. I went there years ago gave coffee up n started back drinking coffee. I cant believe the owner remembered me.. I got a coffee 3 times before the staff recognized me so now I walked in and they already know what I want. Good feeling. Did I mention I drive 30 mins just because of the compassion here.

  Everytime I grab food from here it's always something, I asked for no ice today and all of a sudden it's mandatory for them to add ice when every single other time I can request no ice and I won't receive any ice, they literally put about 6 pieces of ice just to prove they're point, either people need to start doing their job the right way so customers aren't confused or they need to stop making they own rules!!
