  They can’t figure out how to place the walk-in mobile orders on the walk-in mobile order shelf. So when you go to grab your mobile walk-in you actually can’t because they just keep all the orders behind the counter. They also can’t figure out how to make a coffee, even though the directions and fill amounts are on every cup. The men working here are always rude. Making coffee and reheating frozen food is so hard I’m not sure how they cope ;(

  Okay I never write reviews but I’m gonna lose it. One week ago I come here and order their Chocolate Covered Strawberry Refresher. They gave me one with vanilla cold foam, whatever, I didn’t notice til I drove away and didn’t feel like driving back, thought it was a one time mistake. The next time I go, a few days later, I order the same thing. They give me it again with vanilla cold foam, and I said I got chocolate. Girlie looked at me like I had 4 heads when I told her that, but went ahead and fixed it. Today I go again and order the same thing. They try and give me a latte. Whenever I told her what I ordered, she once looked at me like I had 4 heads and then fixed it all. They always fix it, however, every time I go and order it they keep messing it up. You think they would get it right since it’s their special but whatever.

  Never make my drink right. I order something and they never do it the right way. And it sucks! No flavor nothing

  I stopped today to purchase a drink and decided to go into the store(usually use drive thru). As I walked to the door I noticed the over flowing garbage can right outside the entrance. The lobby was empty and I was waited on very quickly. As I waited for my order I couldn't help notice how disgustingly dirty the store was. The floor was filthy, the tables and counters were dirty and the windows were fingerprinted. Not to mention the leak from the ceiling( I swear that bucket has been there forever). I counted at least 6 employees working, so you mean to tell me not one of them noticed the filthy lobby and over flowing garbage....I'm sure one of them were on lobby duty that day!! C'mon Kittanning Dunkin do better!!!

  Talk about price hikes and dropped quality. 10 bucks for half a dozen donuts and the filled ones barely had any filling. Not even a quarter of Boston creme! Highly disappointed. Walmart has better quality donuts.
