- HWHeather WFeb 6, 20263.0DO YOU GUYS HAVE HEAT?! 🥶 It's always so freaking cold at this location. Even the workers are wearing jackets. One of them have thick socks on over the pants. Which you only do when you're cold. It is currently 27° outside and I think it is just as cold in the building as it is outside, maybe even colder. I literally cannot feel my fingers after sitting in there for maybe 15 minutes eating. The food gets cold fast because of this. This is nice in the summer when it's 80 or 90° outside but not in the middle of winter when it is 20 some degrees out.

She is running the floor, making sure every order is right, getting in the crew’s business when needed, and keeping quality high. She’s on the line, leading her team, and ensuring customers leave happy. I’ve been disappointed with service in Pennsylvania in the past, but today was different. This general manager is a powerhouse—fully in control, fully engaged, and fully committed to making her location run smoothly. She deserves all the credit in the world. Her work ethic is clear, and she’s showing everyone what leadership looks like. Mad props, five stars, and a huge thank you for making my visit excellent. Keep it up!

Then, when you call to inquire if they ran out of rice, they say no they never run out of rice. So they just can’t read or follow simple directions then play coi. 0/10 for my cheesy bean soup.
