I ask for sugar in my coffee — not complicated, not special, not extra — just sugar. And every single time, without fail, they hand me a cup with zero sugar. Not “less than usual,” not “light sugar,” literally nothing. How do you mess that up every time? It’s honestly impressive how consistently wrong they get it. It feels like nobody there cares, nobody pays attention. You can watch them hand drinks out without even looking at the order stickers, if they can ever be bothered to put one on your cup. I’m tired of wasting my money on a location that can’t get a basic drink right. If this is how they handle something as simple as sugar, I can’t imagine what else they’re screwing up. Go anywhere else — this Dunkin’ is flat-out terrible.

Could possibly be a seasonal thing considering its fall and pumpkin everything. Christmas is right around the corner... Perhaps flowers for spring and the sun and beach for summer...
