  Daughter and friends booked tee time for 8:30pm. Arrived and told they had to leave by 9 because nobody in the party was 21. No refund offered and paid full price for 1/2 hr of golf. As family we have spent thousands of dollars here over the years but this will be the last. Update. Per the response below I put feedback on website chat. No response. Paid for 1.5 hrs. Got told to leave after 1/2 hr. Thy wonder why they are struggling.

  I honestly can’t say enough good things about Topgolf King of Prussia. My friend and I were originally supposed to go to a Philadelphia Phillies game that night, but after it got canceled, we were trying to figure out something fun to do so the night wasn’t a waste. We decided to head to Topgolf, and looking back, it honestly turned what could’ve been a disappointing night into one of the best spontaneous nights we’ve had in a while. The first thing that stood out was how accommodating and professional the staff was. We had originally reserved our bay for 10 PM, but we ended up arriving around 7 PM just to see if there was any chance we could get in early. Not only were the staff understanding, but they actually got us in right away without any hassle. That alone immediately set the tone for the night because a lot of places would’ve just told us to come back at our reservation time. From the moment we checked in, the customer service was top tier. Everyone we interacted with had a great attitude, was welcoming, and genuinely made us feel like they wanted us there. Since it had been a little while since I last played, they took the time to explain the games, scoring, rules, and how everything worked without making us feel rushed or like we were asking dumb questions. That kind of patience and professionalism goes a long way. Once we got settled in, the service at our table was seriously impressive. Anytime we needed drinks, food, extra help, or had a question, someone was there fast. We never felt ignored, never had to wait forever, and the staff stayed attentive throughout the whole night. You can tell they really care about giving people a good experience instead of just pushing customers through. The atmosphere itself was amazing too. The facility is huge, clean, organized, and has such a fun energy. Whether you’re actually into golf or just there to hang out with friends, it’s the kind of place where anyone can have a great time. The bays are comfortable, the technology makes the games competitive and fun, and the overall vibe makes it easy to lose track of time. What started off as a backup plan after our Phillies game got canceled ended up becoming the highlight of our night. That says a lot. Great customer service, great staff, fast service, awesome atmosphere, and just an all-around memorable experience. I’d 100% recommend Topgolf King of Prussia to anyone looking for a fun night out with friends, family, or even a date night. We’ll definitely be back. Easy 5/5.

  I can’t say enough good things about Topgolf King of Prussia—this place never disappoints! Every time I visit, it’s an amazing experience from start to finish. The service is consistently outstanding, with staff who are friendly, attentive, and always making sure you’re having a great time without being overbearing. The vibe here is on another level. Whether you’re going with friends, family, or even for a casual date night, the atmosphere is energetic, fun, and welcoming. The music, lighting, and overall setup create the perfect environment to relax and enjoy yourself, no matter your skill level in golf. What really stands out is how well everything is organized. Even when it’s busy, things run smoothly, and you never feel neglected. The bays are clean, the equipment is in great condition, and there’s always something exciting going on. It’s one of those places where you can easily lose track of time because you’re having that much fun. It’s become one of my go-to spots whenever I want to unwind or hang out with friends. Every visit feels like a mini event, and it’s always something I look forward to. If you’re looking for a place with great service, an unbeatable vibe, and guaranteed fun, this is it. Highly recommend to anyone—you won’t regret it!

  I had an excellent experience with Gregory at Topgolf King of Prussia. From the start, they were friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on helping my friends and I improve our game. They broke down our swing in a way that was easy to understand and gave practical tips we could apply immediately. What stood out most was their ability to tailor the lesson to our skill level and his patience. Whether it was fixing our grip, improving our stance, or helping with consistency, every piece of advice felt personalized and effective. They also made the session fun and encouraging, which made a big difference in our confidence. We walked away feeling more comfortable with our swing and actually excited to keep practicing. Highly recommend working with Gregory if you’re looking to improve your golf skills in a relaxed, supportive and fun environment.

  Another great outing at top golf! This one was a lot of fun. Topgolf king of Prussia was one of my favorite top golfs I've been too! By far, the most high tech one. The screens were up top as per norm but along with that they had screens where the balls came out as well!! It sped up the game as you could just look down there rather than walk back and see where you hit your ball. They had good clubs in bags and good variety instead of the standard top golf selection! Screens everywhere, televisions everywhere, drinks everywhere, the service is fast and they keep you taken care of all the time! It was rainy today and kinda nasty out but still a lot of fun. The Insane industrial heaters they got pumping down on you feels Incredible no matter what the weathers like! Food was good as always! The pizza was crazy good! Burgers were extremely tasty! Kept the drinks coming and steady!! Always a good time at top golf and this one doesn't fall short on expectations. Can't wait to get back to Philly and swing by this topgolf again. Perfect environment, good crew, and good location!! Fly eagles fly! Go birds!!
