  Best egg and cheese sandwich I have ever had. They use large smoked pieces of bacon and the bagels are delicious too.

  I ordered 2 bagels online and I guess they were busy so I was given a time of 1 hour 15 minutes for pickup. I went in 20 minutes after I ordered just to see if my order was ready. It wasn't, I was told my receipt says 11:45. Fine I left and did some things. I can back at 12 and had my 2 bagels tossed at me on the counter. No words at all. I'm sorry it's a very busy store but customer service goes a long way. This was a very childish thing to do. As someone who regularly does deliveries from this location I really think they wouldn't like it if I threw an order at a customer. Just saying. Bagels are great but CS sucks.

  I normally order delivery or pick up from here because I don’t want to wait a ridiculous time in line. Their pick up and delivery orders are increasingly becoming worse and not accurate. Today I ordered a bagel with tomatoes, spinach and cucumber. They forgot to put the spinach, each side of bagel only had one cucumber and the tomatoes used were the tops of the tomato with the stem cut out that you discard when slicing a tomato. I was extremely disappointed. This location continue to deliver bad quality and not live up to the expectation of their prices. Not to mention, no one is friendly here (at any location typically). This is such a shame for the KOP town center!! It’s time for a new bagel spot. Please send Kismet bagels!

  $5.00 for 2 pieces of bacon and your order not made right…not great. Bagels are good, it’s just 50/50 chance your order isn’t made right. Bit upsetting considering the price.
