  This was our first time at this Topgolf location and it was generally good for us. We came late after dinner (maybe around 10pm), so it was pretty lively in there. DJ posted in the corner of the bar area had a good mix and session of songs playing while we waited for a bay - we walked in, so we're placed on the list for getting a bay, but it only took maybe 10 minutes before the notification told us the bay was ready for us. We initially were assigned one of the bays on the lower level, but requested to switch to the top level which they did pretty easily and smoothly for us. Because we ate beforehand, we just ordered drinks - they were ok. There was one drink from the margarita flight that was really good! Overall, a good time and we plan to come back again.

  Great time !!! Took long to get out booth and we had reservations. Had fun otherwise!!! Food was delicious, had the buffalo chicken dip and a grilled sandwich

  I had a great experience at topgolf. I noticed that some of the golf balls arent super calibrated to the system. I hit the balls within the targeted area and it didn't appear on our bay’s screen. However, the manager Steve was very helpful and friendly. He really displayed excellent customer service to my friend and I. I will be returning

  I had very high hopes for TopGolf and everyone I know hyped it up. You’d expect modern, fast, updated systems in a brand-new facility. Instead, they installed trash equipment that feels outdated the second you start using it. The teeing system is awful. It’s slow, clunky, and completely manual. For a 2023 build, that’s unacceptable. Meanwhile, Golf Zone in Honeybrook is 100 times better — it has automatic teeing, way faster service, smooth game systems with no lag, and it’s cheaper. The difference is night and day. TopGolf looks impressive when you arrive, but once you’re actually at your bay, the whole experience feels cheap, sluggish, and low-quality, like all the effort went into the building’s appearance instead of the technology that matters. Even the food was disappointing — it arrived cold, and the servers didn’t bring napkins. Overall, for a fairly new building this was a complete letdown. I will never be coming back again.

  This was probably the 4th time I have came to this top golf location. This was probably the worst experience to date. My mom came 3 times before. We registered her using her number and never had an issue before. This time? For whatever reason it wasn’t pulling her bringing up her account. Told the waitress she said she’ll get the manager. My dad saw someone else and asked about it. The guy came over with an attitude. I explained to him we have been here numerous times so I’m not sure why her number wasn’t showing. He goes and I quote. “Are you show you’ve been here before?” 😂 excuse me? I don’t know why I even responded cause I would have lost my patience on him. I pulled up a photo and showed him. The waitress was okay. She was a bit clueless with a-lot. Maybe she’s new idk. But she wasn’t too helpful. 2 individuals ordered lemon drops and she brought back a glass with what tasted like vodka and soda with a slice of lemon on the side. No silverware or napkins were brought to the table. We had to asked for it after receiving the food. Plus enough was not given. I have no clue what was going on there tonight but y’all need to get it together. The employees need to learn how to speak to people. Anyway, the manager came over and I talked to him and he was helpful.
