  Overall, it was a fun way to hangout with friends. What really upset me was us paying for the time that we did to play and when we had 10 minutes left to play they started playing “closing time” then “bye bye bye” which honestly really upset me because that’s so rude to treat customers. Server walked pasted us several times with empty drinks and never offered a refill.

  We got a bay that was on the first level and all the way down, and completely away from the targets (which is totally okay that’s part of going) however our bay was not correctly calculating our hits (saying we didn’t hit the balls, marking ones we never hit as hit, etc.) our waitress helped us and it was all okay. However our waitress was extremely rude. We went at night so we had already eaten dinner, and had no interest in purchasing any drinks due to our driving situation for the night. We ordered waters and around 30 minutes in, our server said “are you going to order food or not” and we said no. She rolled her eyes and walked away. When it came time to pay the check, the bill seemed a little high (the email said we owed around 86 after the deposit was paid, but ended up paying around 100) then our waitress pulled the card reader away and signed our checks for us, and didn’t give us the opportunity to get a receipt. She also mentioned about 5 times that she’s “a server so do what you want with that” making us feel pressured into tipping for bad service after ordering nothing but water. Overall our experience was not good, but majority of it was due to the server.

  We attended the New Year’s Eve celebration with a group of 6. The staff were great! Very attentive even with a packed house. The manager Stephen Hood even stopped by several times to ensure everyone was taken care of and having a good time. Top Golf was also giving out prizes that you didn’t even have to enter to win! One of the friends in our party won a Callaway golf bag!

  Went for the first time this week. Had a fair time as we had to figure out a lot of the games. It was cold, but that was to expected in December. What wasn’t expected was the heaters above us going out which made us golf in winter coats. But mostly, I had the single worst hamburger I’ve had in years. Overcooked, dry, stiff bun. I swear it was leftover and reheated. Pretty expensive, too. Coupled with a really pedestrian beer list, and it was a major disappointed. Not what you would expect when you drop $200 in two hours. UPDATE: See their response below. I wrote. No one got back to me to “discuss further.”

  Showed up to make a reservation. Agent said we were a walk in 1230 start,extended to 1 start. Arrived at 1250 and we were told it would be an hr wait. NO guarantee we'd get al2 bays for our party of 11 together ..we were offered a bay for 8 players,a couple of us would not play, 11th person was a 2yr old. We could only enter 6 ppl on the bay, not what we were told. Waited a while for the waitress to ask is for any drinks or anything. By the time our food came that was good. Paying the bill, she dropped the bill off, we were ready to pay but said she's be back. Waited 15 min. I had to go find her and then paid our bill. Place was busy but service is really lacking.
