  Shane is such an AWESOME PERSON! When I walked in from the bitter cold I was greeted with warmth, enthusiasm and a welcoming smile! He was more than happy to help me with my order and make solid recommendations for my meal! Please give Shane the recognition he deserves and a promotion or raise! Folks like him are what keep the hospitality industry strong! People want to have interactions with people like Shane and not feel like a transaction. I believe that Shane could be the face of why people will pick the human experience over AI! GOOD WORK SHANE!!! YOU ROCK!!!🤘

  I purchased a cheesesteak and a large Mac and cheese . While eating my sandwich it was ice cold in the inside . I ask the associates if she can fix it for me . She said unfortunately I won’t be able to but points me the microwave . If I spend 22$ on food I expect my food to be warm ! This is very disappointing as to Panera bread is my favorite place . I hope to experience better next time :/

  I’ve always considered Panera Bread a healthier alternative compared to other eateries, thanks to their soups and salad options. However, my recent visit left me questioning that perception. Yesterday, I watched as an employee cut open a plastic bag and poured steaming hot soup directly into a container. This raised serious concerns for me: how fresh is the soup really if it’s stored and reheated in plastic bags? With cancer and other chronic diseases on the rise globally, shouldn’t restaurants take greater responsibility for how they prepare and serve food? Heating or storing hot food in plastic containers is not only disappointing but potentially harmful. Customers trust Panera Bread to provide wholesome, health-conscious meals, and practices like this undermine that trust. I hope Panera reconsiders these methods and prioritizes customer health over convenience.

  Food was decent, didn't get enough soup for what I paid and the sandwich was decent. I decided to go to the guy behind the register instead of the "ring myself up" option. Dude, he sucked. I don't think he wanted to be there. Gave attitude with every answer. I'm polite and didn't respond with attitude, but felt it necessary to say this old guy behind the register is just rude. Ring yourself up. Overall, ok experience, not worth $20.
