She said unfortunately I won’t be able to but points me the microwave . If I spend 22$ on food I expect my food to be warm ! This is very disappointing as to Panera bread is my favorite place . I hope to experience better next time :/

Heating or storing hot food in plastic containers is not only disappointing but potentially harmful. Customers trust Panera Bread to provide wholesome, health-conscious meals, and practices like this undermine that trust. I hope Panera reconsiders these methods and prioritizes customer health over convenience.

I decided to go to the guy behind the register instead of the "ring myself up" option. Dude, he sucked. I don't think he wanted to be there. Gave attitude with every answer. I'm polite and didn't respond with attitude, but felt it necessary to say this old guy behind the register is just rude. Ring yourself up. Overall, ok experience, not worth $20.
