The place was not packed so O don't know what was going on. The food was ok, but I would go some place else. Never going to this Outback or any other again.

These are the things that were disappointing...We did not receive bread. When our apps came we had no plates to divide with. One person in the party ordered soup and salad as their dinner and got it as their app. I ordered alice springs chicken with a baked potatoe and never received the potatoe until my chicken was cold. Lastly, they didn't do a thing for my sons birthday. Not a song, not an icecream...we were not even offered a dessert option. Never going back, Royersford pa location is a lot better service. It's a shame for this company because King of Prussia location is new and a prime location. The food was good that came out dispite the rest.
