  This location is my favorite place to start my day. The baristas are friendly and kind, and quickly get to know the regulars and the cold brew never disappoints ! Whether it's just me getting a quick breakfast and coffee or bringing my kids for their favorite snacks, it's always a great experience.

  In the midst of the holiday rush we had a delightful experience at the KoP Nordstrom Ebar. The line was long. Clearly this is a popular place. The people in line were in a good mood. We found out why. The staff greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service -"grace under pressure. King of Prussia's Nordstrom Ebar's staff is a treasure. Keep up the good work.

  I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences here. On one occasion, there was a hair in my food, and on another, my soup cup was not filled properly. When I brought this up, the staff questioned my account instead of addressing the issue, which was uncomfortable. Due to repeated service problems, I do not plan to return.

  While the Nordstrom ebar is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat and artisan drink, the 3rd floor cafe has a similar menu with a takeout option. It is just as efficient as the first floor ebar so long as you are an able person. If, upon approaching the ebar, it appears they are overwhelmed, I recommend the short trip up the escalators to the cafe. When I ordered my fruit smoothie at the ebar a couple of days ago, the employee at the register told me that they didn't have the ingredients. Just then, a second employee emerged and said he could "put together" the smoothie for me and disappeared behind the door. I questioned the first employee on the seemingly disparate information and wondered what was going to be "put together" if they didn't have the ingredients for my order. From what I gathered, the fruit just needed to be cut up. No big deal. The inconvenience was minimal and the smoothie tasted as refreshing as it always does when I order it.
