So, after you paid at the kiosk, you would need to go to the front desk, tried to find a cashier if there was one, and asked what was your order # by describing what you ordered. Better than that, in the middle while my ordered was prepared the order# would disappear from the "In preparation" queue which I had no idea why. It was a very unfriendly setup. The other other kiosk just did not work based on another other person's compliant when I was there. The store needs to fix the kiosks as soon as possible.
