I was absolutely disgusted and frustrated because I was looking forward to finishing my meal. Reached out to the store and immediately was provided a refund. I expressed my sadness with this being my first time having it and the manager named Chloe, personally called me back to apologize and offer me another meal. I greatly appreciated the hospitality to allow me the opportunity to try it again.
