  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The cashiers don’t seem to know basic procedures and offer no guidance. The employee at the self-checkout was extremely unhelpful—she kept yelling that cash payments were not allowed, even though there is a clear sign stating this. There was no need to repeat it or raise her voice. Additionally, the staff at the customer service desk did not help at all and showed no interest in assisting. This is the only Giant location I’ve visited with such poor service.

  We shop at the King of Prussia store weekly and ordered cookie trays from your bakery the last two years for the holidays. Last year, the order was mixed up and eventually taken care of, but the bakery associate’s attitude was horrible that Christmas Eve. This year, I placed the order weeks in advance and even received a reminder email 24 hours in advance of pickup. Christmas Eve, I arrived at the bakery and the bakery associate said there was no order. I showed her the reminder email and she didn’t care at all. She walked to the front and fortunately there were cookie trays out, but her attitude was so ignorant and rude. Hopefully, your bakery associate’s attitude became a bit better after she left work Christmas Eve. Two years ordering for the holidays and I will go somewhere next year. I am sure any other place would be happy to provide better service during the holidays.

  You know, I should keep shit to myself. I stopped into Giant (grocery store for non locals) and I had to use the restroom while I was there. The bathrooms were immaculate. Spotless. I was highly impressed. So as I was walking through the store, I saw an employee and I said “This is gonna be a weird comment but… The restrooms here are so clean. I just wanted to mention it. Whoever is responsible for them is doing a great job.“ She smiled at me and pointed over towards the customer service desk and said “You should tell them over there. They might give the employee a shout out.” So I walked over, and some guy with dead eyes, half acknowledges me and I proceeded to tell him. “Hey, this is gonna be a weird comment…” He looked at me, ZERO change in his expression and mumbled something. I’m not sure if it was a reply or an acknowledgment you could barely even hear him. I turned away, passed the employee I had initially spoken to and said “Or maybe not…“

  I usually don’t leave reviews, but I wanted to share an issue with the pickup order I picked up yesterday for my elderly grandmother. She sent me photos this morning, and several of the produce items were unusable — the butternut squash was moldy, the avocados were black inside, and the green onions were dried out. This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems with the quality of produce in pickup orders, and it’s starting to feel like the less-fresh items get pushed to pickup customers. Many people — like my grandmother — use pickup because they physically can’t shop in person, and it’s frustrating to keep receiving items that aren’t usable. I just want the team to be aware because this affects people who rely on this service. At this point she won’t be using pickup anymore unless the quality improves. Thank you.
