- MLMax LevyOct 20, 20251.0I ended up using self checkout I wasn’t paying attention to the no cash back option but I figured if technology was allowed to ask there was no issue self check out was one too many times pissed off and was unprofessional about it she was like oh my god I apologized she went to the other side called me stupid over ear piece and was like it’s ridiculous I was brought to the service desk I apologized no response they got annoyed about me being sent over by the person because they didn’t have much cash they gave me it I said thank you got no response I understand being annoyed but feels needlessly cold and unprofessional it’s not like I come any way often or cause disruption before and when I left my stuff at the table that was a mix of paid for and never giants stuff I was at so I wouldn’t look like I’m stealing I was asked if I had a receipt by a person who wasn’t the cashier there and didn’t look like any security dedicated staff overall bad experience
