I placed my order and waited for my order number to be called. There was an African American employee calling out the numbers for the ready orders. I heard my number and asked, “Order 55?” He said yes, so I took the order and sat in front of the restaurant to eat. I was wearing my headphones and listening to music when I noticed the employee yelling at me from a distance. At first, I thought he was asking if my burger was good, so I said yes. However, he kept yelling, so I walked over to him. He then angrily asked me why I had “snatched” the order out of his hands. I was completely confused because I never grabbed the order in a rude or aggressive way. He was extremely upset and even grabbed a napkin and almost threw it at my face. Another customer had to step in and tell him to calm down. Honestly, I’m glad it wasn’t a heavier object, because it seemed like he might have thrown it at me. I believe he was angry because he may have given orders to the wrong people, but I checked my order and it was correct. I’ve been to other Five Guys locations where the staff is very friendly, so I don’t know what happened at this one. Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience, and I believe the staff should receive better training in emotional control and customer service.

Their burgers are okay, but you can get a much better Burger at the shake shack at the other end of the mall. I simply don't find five guys burgers to be worth the price, not even close.
