- AAAndy Allen009Feb 11, 20261.0This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous for a simple coffee order. There is no excuse for standing around forever at a “fast” coffee shop. It was painfully obvious they are severely understaffed, and the employees looked completely overwhelmed. Management seriously needs to get it together because this is unacceptable, especially during peak hours. To make things even worse, the employee at the counter couldn’t properly understand basic English, which led to my order being completely messed up and delayed even further. When customers have to repeat themselves multiple times and still get the wrong order, that’s a major problem. The lack of staffing and proper training made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Orders often arrive late and there is little communication from staff about delays. I hope management improves staffing and customer service so the experience gets better.

The place is filthy, with zero attention to cleanliness. I ordered a Dunkalatte and it tasted nothing but sugar syrup. Completely unacceptable. Never coming back.
