Wrong sandwich, missing items, flavors I didn’t ask for—at this point it feels intentional. I repeat my order clearly, somehow it still comes out wrong. The most frustrating part is that it’s never just a small mistake. It’s enough to ruin the whole order and waste my money and time. I shouldn’t have to double-check everything or go back inside every visit just to get what I paid for. The worst service, the owner needs to change the staff.
