When I addressed this the response was “I didnt make the drink”. The drink came from here so I expect something done. I’m never going here anymore and I hope this kiosk gets shut down. Ive seen the employees wear open toe shoes around food, wipe sweat off of their face with their face, touch their phones… where are they washing their hands? Taking a sip of my drink and later finding out there is a glove (used or clean who knows and quite frankly doesn’t matter) in my drink is foul. I contacted customer service and I’m still waiting for a response? I can’t express how disgusting this is. This dunkin kiosk is an absolute joke.
