  Stopped in for the first time ever, with my daughter! Queen and Jala waited on us and were the sweetest, most paitent and helpful ladies! They walked us through all the options and gave great suggestions. The food was great and we will definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

  I was extremely disturbed by my experience at this location. I personally observed an employee coughing and sneezing directly over food being prepared. This is a serious food safety concern and completely unacceptable in any food establishment. While the dining area and floors appeared clean, that is irrelevant if basic hygiene and food safety protocols are not being followed behind the counter. Allowing visibly ill employees to handle food reflects poor management and a lack of concern for customer health. Due to this experience, I will not be returning. This situation was unsanitary, preventable, and deeply concerning.

  If based on food alone, I would give a good review. Food was delicious and location so convenient. Unfortunately the staff were rude. Visited King of Prussia location for lunch on 1/3/26 and the two girls taking our orders seemed so annoyed we had questions. My friends had never been there and when my friend asked if she could get a pita, the girl said "you should have asked when you started." I enjoy Cava very much but this was not a great experience.

  Worst Cava experience ever. The workers were beyond rude and they had no proteins, drinks or even pitas. I first ordered a kids meal for my child and they told me they ran out of kids meals? I then asked what they meant since they had pitas, all they had to do was cut a pita in half. She responded by saying “can’t you see we’re busy.” The only other people behind me was the rest of my family. When the rest of them ordered she didn’t let one of them know what protein they got, she told the others they couldn’t do pita chips and so on. The only protein they had available was the hot honey chicken which was $1.55 extra, sorry but it shouldn’t be on the consumer because they were chatting. Once we got our meals they were all sitting around chatting again while there was no drinks, etc etc.

  As a new customer halfway through this year. Cava has quickly replaced chipotle, In my favorite fast yet healthy Food spots. I have visited well over seven different locations in my general area.. And up until this point I never felt moved to leave a review. Some have been adequate and some stand out more than others. This location offers something else that the others did not. And it’s probably thanks to the manager by the name Of “Queen”, as she so politely put it. I was met with salutations upon walking through the door. They don’t even do that at Chick-fil-A lol. The serving station was spotless. The other customer clientele were just as nice and generous as queen. In this case attitude reflecting leadership is a definite, plus. Cava Will be smart to hire more clientele Similar to the lights of “Lady Queen”
