  I had an order for pickup and it came out 25 minutes later than the estimate. I get home (less than 10 minutes from the restaurant) and everything is cold or lukewarm at best. We ordered 36 wings total and only got 32. This is the last time we go to this location. Every time we have tried to go there has been some issue with food taking too long to get out.

  We walked in and were greeted with a “please wait to be seated”. No hostess in sight. They weren’t busy, they were borderline empty. I saw at least 5 different employees and no one came to help us. As a mother and daughter walked out of the store, the mother whispered to us “I hope you get better service than we did”. We waited for another 2-3 minutes, and I told the person I was with, my girlfriend, “I’m giving it 60 seconds before we just leave”. 60 seconds came and left, so we did too. Took a quick 10 minute drive down the road to the Oaks, PA location, and was immediately greeted and served despite a full parking lot. Do not go to the KOP location.

  Waited to be seated and were told there were only high top tables available. We have a one year old who sits in a high chair and he wouldn't be able eat with us at the table as the high chairs are low. Ridiculous how they couldn't open one lower table for us and turned us away instead. Blamed it on staffing issues. It's the holidays, how could the management not expect it to be busy? Staff accordingly and accommodate your customers. We will never be back.

  Buffalo Wild Wings, where time slows down and burgers evolve into new life forms. My friend and I sat at the bar and waited a good 10–15 minutes before the bartender decided we existed. During that time, every employee within shouting distance felt the need to interrupt and talk over us while we were actively trying to order drinks. It was less “service” and more “open mic night.” Food took about 30 minutes to arrive. I ordered a burger. What showed up was the crunchiest burger I’ve ever experienced in my life. Not crispy. Not charred. CRUNCHY. Burgers are not supposed to have sound effects. If I wanted a burger that fought back, I’d have ordered it from a science lab. To really complete the experience, the bar itself wasn’t wiped down until I was already on my second beer. Nothing like resting your arms in a layer of mystery residue while questioning your life choices. Overall, this place feels like a social experiment testing how long customers will tolerate neglect, chaos, and architectural-grade burgers before giving up. Wings might be in the name, but service and quality clearly flew away.

  This location is terrible. Takeout orders take forever, and there are almost always items missing from our order. Even when they give you a specific pickup time, you still end up waiting an additional 30 minutes—on top of already waiting an hour for delivery or pickup. Very poorly managed and easily the worst location.
