  This McDonald's location in the New Garden Shopping Center has great food that is served with care of being hot and accurate. The food was made in a reasonable amount of time. The staff are very professional and attentive towards their customers. Keep up the good work 👍 -Good Luck in 2026 & Beyond.

  I ordered through the app for pickup at this location around 8ish, got some problems on my way here got to the store at 8:40ish. In the app it says that the food wouldn’t be ready until I got closer to delivery it warm. I got there, still in the app it said “it’s getting ready”, one crew member approached me and asked me if I was waiting for something, I said “my order”, couple of minutes later the manager approached me and asked me if it was a mobile order, I resolved yes and without hesitation the gentleman said “The order that was sitting there for almost and hour and so, I throw it away.” Then he walked away and near the fry station repeated the same comment with rudeness as it was my fault they decided to prepared the order way before my arrival. Even they get the food in the moment, the fries are soggy, oily, way salty, the mcchicken doesn’t have bacon(it was added and charged)

  La comida bien igual que en McDonals, cuando la señorita tomo la orden se porto un poco prepotente y fastidiosa en fin seguimos a la ventanilla de pago y nos cobro otra señorita amable y le preguntamos que quien habia tomado la orden y dijo que la persona donde nos entregarían la comida y le comentamos a ella lo sucedido y nos dijo ella asi es asi trata a todos como si fuera algo normal. El trato al cliente es importante!!! Solo soy una simple mortal haciendo un comentario.

  I don’t ever leave bad reviews, but the experience I had at this location was unacceptable — specifically because of the manager on duty. I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app and paid with my Cash App card. I only had enough money on that card to get my son something to eat. The app clearly showed that my order went through, and the $15 was immediately taken out of my account. When I pulled up to the drive-through, the first employee told me everything looked fine and to pull forward to the next window. At that point, a different employee got the manager, who came over and told me there was “nothing she could do.” She said she couldn’t cancel the order, couldn’t refund me, and that I would just have to wait and “maybe” the refund would come back in a couple of days. I showed her on the app that the order was confirmed and showed her that the money was already taken from my account. Instead of helping or trying to resolve the issue, she was dismissive, rude, and made me feel like I was the problem. I was essentially told I wasn’t getting my $15 back right now and there was nothing they would do — even though they had already taken the money. It wasn’t just the lack of a solution, it was the attitude. As a parent just trying to get my child something to eat with the only money I had available on that card, the way I was treated was degrading and completely unprofessional. Customer service — especially from a manager — should never make someone feel that way.
