Pepperoni very solid, and Peps that are good quality should give you a little flavored grease. Pat's has some tasty Pepperonis, very good cheese, a dough that has a nice chew but not tough. The way it's supposed to be. Their cheese was very good! Metly but not stringy. I'm not looking for an insane cheese pull. I want quality, taste and some color on top. Those little brown spots are crucial on a cheese pie. Pat's sauce and crust really steal the show. Sauce has a nice tang, not sweet, not bitter either tho, that's important. The crust tho, that last bite with the sauce, cheese, and the crust 👀 This is where the magic happens. Pat's is good money spent, supporting locals is what I'm about, and Pat's will earn your business, money and respect. So yes, money well spent. It is located in "Strip Mall" with lots of parking available upfront. The premises itself is very tastefully decorated with a very warm inviting vibe. Ot provides large classy copper glasses for beverages - instead of disposable ones. The service is very proactive, professional and friendly. We ordered a large (15") Veggie pie between the two of us - outstanding pizza!! Delicious!! The crust was light and crispy and the ingredients were fresh and top notch. The condiments were served in marble holders with small brass spoons - complimented the copper glasses. Very classy!! Dillon was very engaging and friendly with his service! They have an extensive menu - without printed prices - which they gladly mention when asked for. (Due to fluctuating prices on items) A definite destination for pizza the next time we come to Kennett Square.
