  What happened??? I’ve been a regular for 8 years. Last two times I’ve got my simple large iced coffee with almond milk I have to throw it out. I was sick last Sunday from it, and today I took a sip and gaged. Looks like we have to go to the longwood Dunkin until this place is cleaned up.

  Very bad and rude staff. Pushes you and gets the orders wrong.

  Visited this establishment yesterday and was caught off guard by how rude the girl working the drive thru window was around 3:45 pm. I repeated my order because she read it back wrong and when I did she said “I KNOW” and when I got to the window my order was in fact incorrect. Not only did I wait in line for 10 minutes behind one single vehicle, she then had me sit at the window for another ~7 minutes while she made other drinks and purposely ignored me sitting there waiting on the food she had forgotten to give me. I then had to order it again and wait even longer. She was hostile, didn’t apologize for the mistake or have any sense of customer service. not a good look for anyone’s business, having rude folks work for them. I’ll avoid this Dunkin’ from now on.
