  Kills me to write this because I normally have an excellent experience at this location. But today I was greeted with a bad attitude at the drive thru. Mumbling and eye rolls, and no response to any “thank you”s. My mobile order was not the drink I ordered. At first, I thought they upgraded my medium to a large, but I later discovered another drive thru orders sticker underneath my mobile one, from an hour before. I’m a little grossed out and disappointed today, but the coffee tasted good.

  I have been coming to this Dunkin for years and loved the service and friendly staff. This has changed significantly. No friendly faces and no thank you’s or have a nice day. Simple things that I would drive past another Dunkin to go to this site because of the people. Nema is still there and some others in a very much diminished role. New staff are not welcoming and I can’t stand when service industry workers look miserable and don’t say thank you or hello. Big mistake for owner to hire new staff and decide probably to go cheaper instead of investing in people that cared and would remember my order every time I went to this establishment V bad decision on owners part

  This Dunkin' location on W Cypress Street has very professional staff members that serve food fast,hot and accurately. The staff are use to being busy and work well under pressure during peak periods of customers rushing in for something to eat. The store is very clean and spacious. Keep up the good work 👍 -Good Luck in 2026 & Beyond.

  What happened to my Dunkin??!! Why the staff change?? I can overlook the attitude in the drive thru but when I get my drink wrong 2 times in a row…it’s not brain surgery but it’s my $5 so I’m going somewhere else…it’s not worth it!

  Used to be a well oiled machine, since the change of management and staff this place is awful and I dread going to it. Drive through is no longer an efficient option, plus when you place an order at the microphone it almost seems like wasting your breath because you have to reorder at the window. Lots of standing around and people pointing fingers with no action. The new team in there should be sent back to Dunkin Donuts University. I hope changes come soon or this place will suffer.
