  Honestly one of the worst chipotle experiences I’ve had in a while. Employees (for just opening as well) seem like they thoroughly dislike their jobs. Portions have already been getting worse across the board but this location barely scooped ingredients. Ended up asking for double steak because I quite literally got 5 pieces… Guacamole was basically brown top to bottom. I love chipotle but would skip this location and find another.

  This place is a mess, literally and figuratively. Upon entering I noticed overflowing trash cans, filthy tables with no organization. The line was long but no one sitting down, a full parking lot all waiting on food. Majority of workers standing around doing nothing when there was plenty to do including making the place look semi presentable. The prep line COVERED in smeared food from previous orders with limited options and only one worker. Highly recommend eating at a real Mexican restaurant in town rather than this seed oil slop.

  initially very excited for a chipotle to open near by. first time in, and staff was not welcoming, ordering was extremely rushed and one of workers grabbed the spoon out of the one i was giving my order to too assist the customer behind me. Basically ran over her. They were out of most things so having to wait longer, no signature sauces available and dispite asking for extra or more ingredients, the bowls were EXTREMELY skimpy. Had a conversation with other customers in line who also mentioned and made faces at how little was provided in their bowls. Very disappointed in this Chipotle.

  Absolutely terrible experience at Chipotle today. The line was unbelievably long, but the bigger issue was how the online orders were handled. Staff kept saying orders would be ready quickly, yet they weren’t making a single online order while dozens of people stood around waiting. Some customers had been there for hours with no food and no real updates. To make matters worse, the manager’s only response was to tell people to “get a refund online,” even though there was no actual option to do that. Instead of taking responsibility for the store’s mistake, they pushed the problem back onto customers who already wasted their time. I understand places get busy, but the lack of organization, communication, and accountability here was unacceptable. If you’re going to offer online ordering, at least fulfill the orders or have a real solution when things go wrong. Extremely disappointing experience, I will never return😡

  Correction to my initial review… I waited 1 HOUR in the drive through, went in the store to wait another hour. Was told to cancel my order because it would take even longer. I voiced that I had no way to do that because of the app and the hotline not offering that. Manager was the least bit understanding, didn’t try to fix the issue at all. I left the store with no food and no refund. Wasted two hours. I hope this chipotle gets shut down immediately, this is absolutely unacceptable. They just opened and unfortunately for them their service, and staff member left a sour taste in everyone’s mouth (yes i talked to about 5 others in the store, some even waiting longer than me.) Never going back.
