  Horrible service dont go to this location the staff cant get orders correct and always missing food that you have order go to buger king next door much better staff and service.

  Was there today they had a 300lb male with red curly hair walking around the kitchen eating like who cares while others working…touching his mouth and nose Management is wrong by allowing this to happen she was talking to him like nothing while he was also drinking a shake…Food was horrible buns were burned on both sides THIS PLACE AND MANAGEMENT IS A BIG DISGRACE FOR THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE

  Terrible service ordered a McDouble meal with no ketchup , due to an allergy, with a side of ranch and sweet tea to drink. The sweet tea was only 3/4 full. As always at this location the sauces were not in the bag so I had to go back through the drive-thru. Finally left and went to eat my food and there was ketchup all over the burger so much that it coated the wrapper. I know the employee taking the order did her job correctly as the screen is always right but the people working in the kitchen are terrible there is no quality control. There is no one making sure orders are correct I have never had a 100% correct order from this location. Finally I had to pull forward to an additional spot and wait for this food so I waited longer than expected for “fast food” to get an order that was 100% wrong.

  Don't go here if your in a hurry in the morning they are very slow. My son says the inside kiosks do not even print receipts while no McDs is as bad as Haynes street this one isn't much better I'll go to Scalp any day.Another Day ten after six still no answer at Drive Thru how this place stays open I have no idea.

  Only a 2 because the lady that took my order was sweet. Other then that a 0. I got 2 small shamrock shakes, and they pulled me forward, I had to call them after 10min. And they said, he has to change the syrup when I ask how long is that going to take, she said when its done he will bring it out and hung up. Very rude person. It took 15 min to get them.
