Suddenly they “can’t take more orders until tickets clear.” Translation: stand there and look stupid while your coworker eats without you. Brilliant system. Five minutes just to order, another 10 for food that tasted like it had been waiting longer than me. By the time I sat down, my break was basically gone. Thanks, Wendy’s — exactly what every hungry customer wants: wasted time, cold food, and staff that treat common sense like it’s rocket science. If you’re into slow service, bad management, and lunch breaks ruined for sport, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
