This Wendy's has gone down hill to a point of no return. The sandwiches are cold the buns aren't even warm the cheese doesn't melt and the burgers are so thin that it's disgusting!

I got Wendy's showing the hamburger did not look like hamburger the beans look like something else I can't describe hamburger also looks like something else it did not look and taste like hamburger it was disgusting and I got sick from it I do not recommend Wendy's at all ever I will never go back the service was good

Wendy’s Johnstown is proof that “fast food” doesn’t mean fast. Walked in with my coworker, she orders right away, but when it’s my turn? Nope. Suddenly they “can’t take more orders until tickets clear.” Translation: stand there and look stupid while your coworker eats without you. Brilliant system.
Five minutes just to order, another 10 for food that tasted like it had been waiting longer than me. By the time I sat down, my break was basically gone. Thanks, Wendy’s — exactly what every hungry customer wants: wasted time, cold food, and staff that treat common sense like it’s rocket science.
If you’re into slow service, bad management, and lunch breaks ruined for sport, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
