    Panera Bread has never let me down! their food is absolutely amazing along with their baked goods. their broccoli cheddar soup is to die for, especially with a bread bowl! the bacon mac n cheese is superb. a chocolate chip cookie or a blueberry muffin is the perfect dessert.

    I have been served completely COLD soup in the drive thru here. I have also been given the wrong order and drove all the way home and came back.

    They can’t even get the name on your order correct. Putting your rewards on other ppl accounts and the manager is as useless as they come. Do not got there after 4pm when the adults leave. SMH
