Almost every time I frequent this particular McDonald’s, either my food is cold, the food in the bag wasn’t made properly, or an item I ordered was missing from the bag altogether!! I don’t want to say all of the employees, because there are some fine, outstanding people that work there, but a lot of the workers I see are just standing there talking and don’t seem to care about their job. I have called and spoken to management before about my orders being incorrect or completely missing an item and they didn’t seem to care about their job either. I would avoid this McDonald’s if possible and go 15 min out of the way to Richland if you wanted a better experience. Sorry, I left this one star, but had to tell the truth.
