The folks that work at the Johnstown Five guys consistently have THE best customer service I have ever experienced! Their mannerism is genuine , kind and top notch! Today the gentleman handing me my completed order had it in 2 bags and when he saw I was by myself packed it in one large bag so it was easier for me to carry with no prompting to do so! Beyond impressed and thankful for the positive experience every time I visit here! Thank you!
