- BSBrian ScottFeb 20, 20261.0Went in for just a coffee at Scalp Avenue location in Johnstown, PA, I counted 10 employees on staff. Not one person waited on me at register for over 8 minutes. The drive thru was backed up outside, but customers who get out of their cars and into store should be first priority over laziness. I walked out. Not gonna wait for 20 minutes for a cup of black coffee when Starbucks had mine ready in less than 3.

Who would order an iced coffee when it's 30° out? Anyway I just said hey that's not what I ordered and the girl at 10:20 a.m. on January 13th give me a nasty look they got my other coffee and she just handed it to me with like the most disgusting look a person could ever have. Yeah I'll never come back to this location, disgusting people
