There is a young girl with brown hair. Her name is marlani or something along those lines, rude. Super freaking rude. She got angry because apparently she couldn't hear me because the wind was taking my voice. Sounds like a system problem. Not a customer problem. Then she told me I could not tap pay with my phone even though I was there an hour and a half earlier and tap paid I've always tap paid?? And I said yeah I can and then she got rude and was like look. You don't even know how to do it because my phone was upside down? She was just rude all over. Glad that's how customer service is with healthcare!
- ABAbby BFeb 17, 20261.0UNPROFESSIONAL. My boyfriend and I live in Johnstown and can never grab Dunkin because it’s always BUSY. They were dead so I figured we would try there for once. When we pulled through the drive-thru the menu looked kind of small, then we seen we needed to download the app the view the full menu. The lady at the speaker then said that we can’t do that in the drive thru and we need to pull over somewhere to do that. I told her the menu said that we had to do this to even see the full menu and she started arguing with me saying that the full menu is on the screen but there was literally like 5 drinks and 2 sandwiches. She was rude for no reason. Never ever coming back!
