The branch in Westmont is rude and if your getting 12 of the same kind you have to call ahead but the one in Richland is always perfect and the staff is super nice. The manager in Westmont needs replaced.

Any request of change from the normal drink is treated like a HUGE inconvenience and then they don’t even do the request. The manager has a bad attitude and there is a female employee who works there, that I don’t know if she’s newer but I only started seeing her in the last 3 months or so who is just unbelievably rude. I’m sorry if you don’t like you job and I’m sure it’s stressful place to work when busy but me asking for just a tiny bit of syrup in a drink and getting the full amount instead is insane. These drinks aren’t cheap, this is a treat for myself but I’ll only be going to the other dunkin on scalp from now on because at least they listen and will fix my order if they goof.
