  If I could give 0 stars I would. My family walked in and we were looking at the menu. Nobody waited on us or even asked us anything. We were ignored. Then we walked up to the cash register to place our order. As we were doing so, a family of 4 walked in and cut right in front of us. The girl working there immediately walked to the register and waited on them, and again we were completely ignored. We were so upset about it that we walked out. I do not appreciate service like that, and I am sure that any other person would not either. It was completely rude and uncalled for. We will never go there again, because we always get terrible service when we go the the William Penn Ave location, so we are done with that store altogether.

  Last week my wife and I went to this Dairy Queen and I ordered Chicken Tenders and French Fries to go. I live right down the street from this location and this is the first review that I am writing for this particular business. After returning home and opening the box I was disgusted with the small amount of French Fries that were in the box. It was not just a small amount and seeing this I decided to count the fries and I was surprised to ONLY have 11 fries in the box. I am not sure if others read these reviews but if so, avoid this Dairy Queen unless you want to pay for NOTHING!!

  I had a terrible experience yesterday with my food being uncooked and just awful, when a called yesterday ,the person who answered told me they would "put it back in the fryer" I called today when a manager was on duty. Her name is Amanda, she kept apologizing and offered to remake everything herself today or the other manager would make it if she's not there. I will be going up this evening to get it. I absolutely give Amanda 5 stars for how much she apologized and felt bad for my experience and how she was willing to fix everything right away. She also stated she will be letting the employees know they can NOT reheat food that's left the store.

  Food was great and fresh. Nothing waiting on heat lamps. Took our order and made it. Staff were friendly. Prices were decent. Everything is expensive anymore. They had a burger special. 2 double cheeseburgers for $7 or 2 single cheeseburgers for $5. Only 4 stars for thr atmosphere because its a Dairy Queen. Its fast food so thats what you get.
