Didn’t know where to sit nothing was cleaned. We ordered our meal as first time customers and the young lady behind the counter was no help at all. We went to get our silverware etc nothing was filled. As we are eating the very subpar food the One employee started signing to the other employees. As we were first time customers this was very Disappointing. Who over owns this franchise needs to look into how it is being run. You have money going out the door because of the actions of the employees . We spent $30.00 for two Bowles without any drinks Never again.!!!! On a side note we have been to a Florida location several times and have never been to such a poorly run establishment . To Franchise owner: You need to look into this location . This location would be a gold mine if it had the proper management.

Excited when this one opened up locally, but my meat has been all fat. Big chunk of fat with hard under cooked rice in the bowl. This has happen at least 5 times, I kept giving the place another chance. But it never got better. I recommend any place else. A hidden gem is tire hill taco for anyone that needs that “chipotle” fix.

The tea and lemonade mixes was empty. The tables have not been clean. Slow service. If you order online then you don't get everything you ordered. I'm done going there for now

The counters where they make your food are always covered in food from other people's orders. Doesn't matter how busy it is the staff is always standing around. Their is absolutely no effort from the staff to accommodate a customers need in any way. But thats what I expected anyway as soon as I seen the kind of "people" this place hires.
