I ordered hot tea and there was none. I don’t say this lightly: the food was disgusting. The quality of the food was bad and somehow the taste was worse. It cost $30 for two orders of a half sandwich and half salad. The salad was visibly wilted and red. The salad also tasted like it wasn’t cleaned. The sandwiches were just bad. The menu seemed to remove a lot of the options that we liked in the past. I wouldn’t recommend this panera or any panera to my worst enemy. Every single chain restaurant we go to is cheaper and better. I wish words could actually do justice to how bad this meal was.
