Bread starts from a frozen dough that they buy and not freshly baked in-house as it used to be. You can taste the difference in every single item, and not in a good way. Will be moving on to another local restaurant for lunch. For me, it's that much of a difference in taste. Based on what I've read, this new system has been or will be implemented in all locations; it just took a while to reach this one.
