- ANAthena NeriNov 12, 20255.0My family and I have been to this location several times. Each time we enjoy our food and drinks and the service is always good. However, one particular time we went and my son started having a seizure right after we ordered. It was really bad and they called the ambulance and police arrived as well. The manager and waitress handled everything with grace and were so kind to us. They even comped our meal. We will always support this establishment. Thank you for your kindness and great experience every time.
- SWS WNov 12, 20255.0Of all the years we’ve been coming here, Nathasha might’ve been the best server/bartender we’ve encountered! She was friendly, patient and had such a joyful attitude! We wouldnt mind coming every week if our servers always carried that wonderful attitude! Our food was cooked to perfection and the drinks were so good, and STRONG. Omg I loved this whole experience, we surely will be back soon!

After waiting 20 minutes, went to the hostess stand and told her no one had come to the table. Finally a waitress came and was only willing to take drink orders before she dashed away (with NO apology for the wait). 20 minutes later still no drinks and no return of the waitress. Asked to see the manager. A few minutes later the manager came over and asked "what's the problem?" Really? So I explained and the response I got was "we are really busy." I was seated in the bar area. There were maybe two other tables filled with three people sitting at the bar. And it was a weeknight. Needless to say we left and won't be back. And please don't bother posting a "please contact us on this website bla bla ba" - DO SOMETHING! Clearly this is a pattern. FIX IT!

The waitress was polite but we felt rushed. I wanted to order a to-go dish but she did not return to take that order. Nor did she ask if we wanted any dessert. Our steaks were cooked incorrectly but we were never asked how our food was and we felt like she wanted us to leave, so we did. Unfortunately an awkward experience.

Only gave me 1 bread when I wanted another bread when my food came out & also my daughter's Salmon was uncooked. When she asked for well cooked the was rushing out food cause they was tryna get out of there..They also turned away customers that came in there like 10:15pm
