  Jacob the manager here at this location is very professional. He helped me with my order without hesitation. I was missing an ingredient which I thought was the issue with the staff but it came to be that I did not order the item I thought was missing. Either way even though he was really busy he took time to help me out as an individual. He worked in my order even though the store was filled. He is very professional and I will defiantly come back to this location.

  Place an ordered through the mobile app, easy to use and pick up time wax accurate. My food was ready when I arrived at the restaurant. Cashier was polite and friendly. Great customer service.

  I went in this morning first customer there order salad and dessert… no tomatoes for the salad had to substitute.. no whipped cream for the dessert waited 20 min for them to make the whipped cream and instead of the person bringing the whipped cream out she takes my dessert in the back… I asked for a new dessert because first unsanitary and second I don’t know what you did to my dessert in the back… they act like I was being unreasonable so I requested a refund of my whole order… never visiting this HONEYGROW agan

  First one in and made to wait with everyone else for over 30 minutes for our meal. Not fast and no one spoke to us about what was going on.

  i went today, i had a salad, and yulian and the team were very kind. best customer service i have EVEERRRRRRRRRRR received!!! never had a nice conversation with a food service worker before this haha! thank you honeygrow!
