  Our first trip to hg today but will not be our last. First impressions are important. We had great service from Theresa and Julie. They knew their stuff and were very welcoming and professional. Facility was immaculate and food was very fresh and tasty. We will see you on our next visit for sure.

  Pay close attention when your food is being prep. Today, When placing my order I notice you charged are for anything beyond the allowable. I Received my order without one of the vegetables ordered and was (charged for it) when I notified the manager he took back the stir fry and informed the chef. He recooked it and added the veg missing. I assumed that they had made me a new and fresh stir fry as requested. Get home and it’s Horrible! The Drive is a few miles but I would have taken it back I trusted that he as a manager did the correct thing, but no!

  The cashier Theresa is such a sweet soul. She greets everyone with such a positive attitude and always puts a smile on each persons face.

  I’m really disappointed to be writing this. I’ve eaten at Honeygrow before and always enjoyed it, but my most recent order left me extremely sick. Within a few hours of eating, I started vomiting, had severe stomach cramping, and experienced intense diarrhea. This lasted for hours and completely disrupted my day. I take food safety seriously, and getting this sick right after eating is really concerning. I’m not looking for anything dramatic—just for the issue to be taken seriously so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I hope the team can look into food handling practices, check ingredients, and make sure everything is stored and prepared safely. I genuinely hope this was a one-time mistake because I’ve liked Honeygrow in the past, but this experience was awful and honestly a little scary. I’d appreciate a response or follow-up from management.
