They put a note up saying it's delayed with no information. And the only customer support they offer if you contact them is cancel or reschedule. In other words, they only plan to fulfill orders when and if it's convenient for their staff. Good thing there's a different grocery store across the street. Because I have no intention of ever trying again.

In stark contrast, long-standing employee Kevin consistently exemplifies consummate professionalism, affability, and decorum; perhaps his exemplary service could serve as the pedagogical benchmark for customer-service training moving forward. Make him the TRAINER! I have been shopping at the store for 20 years and I have never been treated so horribly in my life.
