The woman who works the Wine/Beer line is RUDE! For absolutely no reason, she doesn’t say hello when I walk up, when I speak to her she does not speak back. She completely ignored me just now. I don’t know how this woman is still employed. I did not catch her name, but she’s a bit black, older and always has her hair styled like it’s the 90s. I don’t even know how she’s still working there! Please get her out of the front, and move her and her attitude to the back to stock! I’ve witnessed her being rude to others, my father has also mentioned she was rude to him. Her attitude is uncalled for! Nobody is forcing you to work in a front facing customer service job if you don’t like your job and you don’t like people you’re more than welcome and have complete autonomy to find something else. But to go out of your way to try to make somebody else’s day, miserable and to blatantly ignore customers I don’t understand it This review is after MONTHS of these same interactions. I will be calling the manager tomorrow morning!

However, there is one issue that has left me feeling extremely frustrated: whenever I visit the deli counter, the staff there are consistently rude and discourteous. On my last visit, I asked them to slice my order to a specific thickness, but they cut it incorrectly. When I requested that they slice a fresh portion for me, they simply shook their heads and sighed at me! It was a truly unpleasant experience. I feel that—with the exception of the deli staff, who are quite impolite—everyone else at the store is very friendly. I hope you will take note of this feedback and take steps to address this issue.
