Let me first syart by saying, my daughter and I always look forward to our thursday morning girls coffee dates before school. A few years ago I got diagnosed with POTS and a cardiac issue, I cant have caffine anymore, however I still enjoy the taste of it. Today we went through drive thru and I specifically asked for a decaffeinated iced, latte, they handed me a hot extra espresso shot latte.... I called them and said I specifically asked for decaffeinated that I would never ask for espresso and the GM argued that she heard extra espresso, that's not something id ever do bc I will have heart palpitations for it. When I came.back to get a new drink she was so incredibly rude and continuous argues with me. I did end uo getting a new drink but I think we will be choosing somewhere else to have our morning dates for now on. Staff is so rude in here and they were irritated that I even asked for them to remake it. Ive never been so disrespected in my lifem usually I love leaving good reviews but this out a bad taste in my mouth. I get things are hard out there and some.people dont like their jobs, but at least treat people correctly when they did nothing wrong and you got the order wrong.

The older lady at the drive thru window is nastier than the coffee. I used to go every day now I will drive to the Greensburg location out of my way to bypass this one.

When we got there they told us they were out of all of them except 2. So I asked for replacements but they were out of all of those also. So we ended up having to take just plain glazed (that were not worth the price). My kids were very disappointed I'm even more angry that I promised I would get them something and then let them down
