  I put in an online order at 1:42pm. I ordered the triple treat box. 1 tavern crust pepperoni pizza, a thin crust cupped pepperoni pizza, bread sticks and cinnamon rolls i finished out my order, thought i made delivery time at 5, but when I reviewed the order, it said delivery at 2:07. So I called the shop and told them I needed it delivered at 5 not 2:07. The gentleman said he couldn't change the time, but would put a note on the order to deliver at 5. So what I think they did was cook it at 2 and delivered it at 5. When we got it, the pizza was cold, hard, and the cheese was rubbery. The bread sticks were so hard that we had a hard time cutting them apart. The cinnamon rolls were about the size of a quarter, cold and I'm not sure they were cooked at all. So I called the shop, told the guy our problem. He was very nonchalant and offered no apology. I had not ordered from pizza hut for a long time and probably never will again.
