The portion sizes have definitely shrunk and I’m old enough to remember what they used to be like.

Apparently, it’s store policy to only be able to pickup two online orders at a time or you have to circle around. So we unfortunately had to circle around three times because we were picking group orders. Not only does that not make any sense at all, it wastes our time and the employee’s time. It was extremely frustrating. On top of that, we were in the car for a total of 20 minutes waiting on the food. Please, Taco Bell, stop making peoples lives so difficult and just let us paying customers pickup ALL of our online orders if we’d like to do so.

The chalupa shell was burnt & falling apart,cinnamon twists were stale & globs of sour cream when we ordered no sour cream!! This is terrible! Some elementary school kids could do better than this! This is Simply employees that just Don’t care!!! Unacceptable! 😡😡
