They were ordering and all of a sudden the customer starts giving them a hard time about a sandwich. She told him kindly she didn't hear him and here came the tantrum. I could tell the workers were doing the best they could and they were made miserable by customers today. Can't people just be nice? Hello, there's an entire glass in between you and them and it wouldn't hurt to speak up. No need to get mean to them. Anyway, they handled it well but it was not nice to watch.
