  Good place to shop if you have coupons or an item is on sale. Bakery is well stocked and fresh, as well as their meat department.

  Very rude manager… I went to the store at 8:45 pm last night, picked up two six-packs of Shiner Bock beer. When I went to buy the beer, the alcohol-section cashier said I can purchase it with the rest of my groceries in a regular line before 10:00 pm, so I went ahead and did my grocery shopping. At 9:55 pm I went to purchase my groceries, but there were only self checkouts open. I have not been to Martin’s in several years and went last night specifically to purchase Shiner Bock beer. I was not certain where I was supposed to make my purchase since I knew there was no way I could use self-checkout for alcohol. I decided to head back to the alcohol-section but the register was already closed, early at 9:57. I went over to customer service and there was a portly manager (I assume manager) carrying a tray of cash. I asked her where I can pay for my beer and she said “you can’t, it’s too late”. She said I can’t buy it after 10 PM. I pulled out my phone and saw it was not 10 yet. I told her the alcohol section cashier closed the register early and she shrugged and said “she must have left early.” No remorse or apologies. I don’t even want the beer anymore, just an apology. I hate this Martin’s so much, this is the second time that I have had such an unpleasant interaction with staff in my past two visits. Do better, be better.

  I like shopping at Martin's. They carry most of the brands, so no having to go elsewhere. They have a great deli, lots of produce, a pretty good meat and fish selection, an extensive bakery area and even a sushi area with fresh sushi every day.
