  This establishment has some of the most inconsiderate employees I have ever seen in all my years of customer service they play music all hours at such a high volume that I can hear it through closed windows in my home. It affects my sleep and my daily life. It's ridiculous I have tried to reach out to customer service and was blocked. Worst customer service and the volume was turned up after calling. I only ask for it to be turned down to a considerate volume or off. I shouldn't be able to hear it from my home let alone with windows closed enough to make out the words of the songs. This problem hasn't been resolved all forms of contact to customer service have either been blocked or ignored. I'm getting ready to file a noise complaint.

  I live right next to this place. There is still loud music I can hear through my bedroom window, sometimes in my living room. Repeated requests to turn down the music have been made to customer service. They have been non-responsive over email, and hang up on me during business hours. Some nights I can't sleep in my own bedroom. YES. As another reviewer said, go to the Township about the music being bothersome. So far they have been extremely helpful with getting it turned down. I plan to attend every meeting until the music is tolerable. Attend online. It's over Teams. Also try the Better Business Bureau. IT'S STILL HAPPENING. I can hear it in my LIVING ROOM. They have "forwarded it to management!" over and over, but somehow, it's still a problem.

  Its all young people work here if you dont specific say you want it hot and they dont ask...youll get it iced. Their generation thinks everyone wants iced coffee. Its 30° out no i dont want iced coffee. Also its 50/50 odds if I get whipped cream on my coffee even though everytime I ask for it. Probably my last time here. Too much competition in the area to keep going through this here.

  This is my absolute favorite place to get coffee will not get it from no where else they have the best coffee around always have a good experience when I go

  The only nice one to me was the gurl who took my order so thank u for that...but it was my first time here and prolly Wil b last I wasn't as upset that they were out of what I wanted I decided to try soemthg else b cuz like I said I wanted to try the place out well after waiting forever I finally got my tea :/... This is after she walked to my car like she was being mines just to say this isn't yours well u walked to my car I didn't come to u ...then when I got the tea it had no taste:/...
