- MJMatt John2 days ago1.0I walked in at 10:44 and wasn't even waiting in line. I sat at a table to wait untill opening time, which would be in one minute. Other families walked in as well. A rude employee stated that they open in 7 minutes, even though their sign said that they open at 10:45a.m. EST. The same employee said aggressively that we must leave immediately. As I walked out I noted to her to lock the doors if this is such a problem to her. If customer service is such a challenging act, then I don't think that you should be working. I will never be back. Please have some respect in your work.

Busiest weekend of the year for them and they didn’t plan ahead and lied saying they have everything wait in line and then say we’re out and laugh. No fixing on the managements part either. When you can clearly see they’re fixing more supposedly for the next day.

Multiple times I’ve ordered online to include extra lettuce and peppers/onion, only to have hardly any lettuce or peppers/onion. There should be some type of standard and consistency. Also, at lunch time, they refuse to place the completed online orders on the pickup shelf and make you wait in line to pickup your food. To get a better order, don’t use the mobile app
