  I ordered a beef and cheddar. It had no cheese and no red ranch. They even forgot my straw for the milkshake. And my apple turnover was wrong. Imagine my surprise it was cherry. How is it possible to get everything wrong with the order??? Now I remember why I don't eat there.

  Very friendly staff. Darnell went above and beyond with my two young difficult children. Give that man a raise. He came back to make sure our order was correct. Later the manager came back to check that everything was good too. Food was good. Store was clean.

  The issues we had with our nearly $60 order were ignored. We paid online and chose the drive thru pick up option. Upon arrival, we were asked to park and wait. For what exactly? Our drinks were missing. The burger was pink/red. The fish was floppy like it's been microwaved and both sides of the bun were sloppy with messes of tarter sauce. It's the only thing that could be tasted! The fries were old. Nothing was hot. The drinks we waited for were wrong as well. I was told the manager wasn't in and was off the next day. Never heard from her. Would NEVER waste money there again.
